1. The chair in the corner was dirty and needed to be reahpolstered and the bathroom door was a pocket door that had big stains all over the bathroom side.

5. The bottom of the bathtub needed to be scrubbed, the shower curtain rod was about to fall down, the electrical outlet and light switch were very dirty, and the back of the door had a huge black smudge that looked like mold from inside the wall pocket it slides into.
