1. It also had a shared balcony which was not a problem, but the lock on the door leading out to the balcony did not lock.

2. Plumbing was a problem, smelled like slight sewage in the bathroom and the toilet didn't drain properly even after complaining twice at the desk.

3. For how long they have been an issue, I don`t know, but the hotel definitely knew about this problem, but booked guests into those rooms, anyway.
