1. We were so tired, that we chose to overlook the way out-dated room and quickly went to sleep, We woke up at 7 am to a completely flooded bathroom and hallway.

5. The original part of this was built in 1953--it was the first hotel in the LAX area, before LAX was LAX--and the 'new' wing in 1955, so the decor is somewhat dated.
