10. - the personal was unfriendly (i ask for electrical power for my labtop during surfing and got the answer, that there is no electrical power and power is not necessary for surfing (the answer is wrong (a) there are power conncetions beside the chairs (but can not be used with bright european adapters) and b) of course .
