5. Valet parking was marginal, we had to wait numerous times for the parking attendant to show up, even with that problem I do recommend the service because street parking is horrible and you cant find a spot nearby thats longer than 2hr parking.

8. These horrible smells were often mixed with the lovely aroma`s of the restaurants -- but, who could eat while smelling the STENCH?? I was truly suprized that the city did not clean the streets & deal with the smell.

9. We walked through out the French Quarter before checking into our hotel and were amazed at the stench in the streets -- horse manure, sewage, urine & vomit -- horrible & filthy.
