1. The mediocre: While the Hermann house room was interesting architecturally - old restored building - it had a well used feel to it and was somewhat outdated stylistically - especially the bathroom - cracks in the jetted tub and a beat up toilet.

3. They did move us to a 'premium' room at no extra cost, but the premium room was simply a bigger room with slightly updated carpet and the same outdated furnishings and dingy linens.
