3. In English - The hotel is in awful conditions:the carpet is filthy, the bathroons are in bad conditions and the furniture was always dirty as well.

6. When we got there, on May 26th, the hotel was (is) going through a massive expansion and there is no pool available (really bad considering a 8 yo kid and the really hot days.

7. Beside the construction and the awful parking situation, the dead-give away on how bad this place was is the free beer offered in the downtroden check-in area (barely a lobby).
