3. I couldnt do my laundry in 8 days, I couldnt use the the secure in the room, there are only 2 elevators , sometimes we had to wait for long time, the breakfast room was too small for all the people in the hotel.

5. My only complain is about the breakfast area size, that is too small, but the hotel staff allow you to take your food to your room, so it's not that bad.
