1. The lobby is no longer in a cramped, converted hotel room, there is no more loud construction noise in the morning, and the rooms (or at least our room) look like they have received a good cleaning.

10. The Hotel Location on one side overlooks the lake but the other is right next to 'Fun Spot' which is a noisy late night fun park with 2 go-cart tracks, Bungee Space Shot and loud disco music, all of which you can hear in your room.
