1. I had a king room on the 11th floor - the carpeting was pretty worn and stained in front of the bathroom door, the desk and console in the room were chipped.

4. The rooms look dirty with stained carpet, a lamp was broken in the room and the furniture looked like a million small childrean had jumped, climbed and kicked all over it (it was very beat up is what I am trying to say) .

9. same stain was there all 3 days, walls are paper thin, the supposed 'great view' was a wall that separated a deck like area near the pool, there was a huge roach in the room, overpriced parking, & the staff was unfriendly.

10. Also, several outlets were broken, anything you plugged in fell right out, there was popcorn in a drawer/shelf by the tv left from a previous guest, there was a noticeable stain on one of my pillowcases.
