1. I had a king room on the 11th floor - the carpeting was pretty worn and stained in front of the bathroom door, the desk and console in the room were chipped.

8. The hotel rooms are starting to show some age (discolored and worn sink & fixtures), the elevators looked neglected, and I had some doubts about the attention of the housekeeping staff (multiple hairs on counter and coffee pot).
