1. I mean, she could have let me walk all around the darn floor trying to find the elevator but the minute I headed in the wrong direction, she called out and said 'This way.

3. I stayed here at the Double Tree Downtown and was so upset during my stay I wrote a review stating Im stuck here and more or less going into detail of the room switch problems,due from some issues of maintenance issues,and a couple other varity of hotel situations of when something goes wrong,or is set up to go wrong.
