3. Our friends had a major issue with their AC (bad news since both men are AC guys) that didn't get corrected and they didn't move them to another room either.

All in all - we had a great time and would stay again - just not during Spring Break - as it was full of families with small children RUNNING down the halls screaming and yelling - thank god we were on the top floor with no rooms above us - I could'nt imagine having children in a room above us - it was bad enough to hear them running by our room door and peeking in thru the sheer curtins.
