7. I had to go personally to get clean towels, since the hotel manager could not leave front desk at night due high complaints from customer and not enough staff was available.

8. The one and only complaint was that there are too few elevators for as many floors and that the elevators are a fraction of the size of a normal elevator and are also used by hotel staff so maid`s carts, etc tend to take up the entire elevator.
