1. I stayed on the 1st floor and was able to hear a lot of the footsteps from the room above me so that was a bit annoying.

The rooms are just big enough for a very comfortable bed, a folding chair, a big flat screen TV on the wall, a couple of small bedside tables with lamps, a small closet (no light which was a tad annoying to me) and your basic tiny bathroom, shower no tub but great water pressure (always a plus for my husband).

4. As rooms are not smoking, guests goes outside to smoke and chat just in front of your window and that can be a little annoying while trying to go to sleep.
