1. booked and stayed two nights after reading trip adviser reviews and i can confirm yes rooms are small,bathrooms are small,but that is the only downside,good points super friendly people very clean rooms and a good location,free parking,remember this is a budget motel so no frillsbut just super value,yes we would return.

3. If there were a downside is that rooms cannot be reserved with a credit card, so you must plan ahead by sending them a check, or show up before 5PM to pay or they will give your room away.
