4. This is unexpected life time experience in this Luxury Collection Hotel when I had the 'Do Not disturbed Sign Outside' and I still got a knocked door from one of housekeeper.

That said, my experience was marred by 3 things: (1) very thin window panes - and when you are on the third floor overlooking a busy section of downtown and across from a major restaurant, it was pretty disturbing; (2) no bathtubs - after a long day walking around town, and for this kind of money, a relaxing soak in a tub would have been wonderful; (3) no blackout drapes in the bathroom - and a glass door - so all the light comes blasting in first thing in the a.

7. The front desk also initially claimed that perhaps we left the 'do not disturb' sign on the door (which was not true because we were sure to remove before leaving for the day).
