1. Negative aspects included pricey valet at $35 per day, rooms not ready until almost an hour after check-in time,unvacuumed corridors on the way to our room,unclean 'dress' pillows on the beds,dirty & dusty behind the beds with evidence of previous guests, tattered curtains in the bathroom,towels that needed replacing to meet 5 star standards,rooms not vacuumed over our 5 day stay & general lack of attention to detail.

3. The carpets were dirty as well as stained, and the woodwork was nicked and furnishings overall tattered a bit, mainly from a lack of maintenance and good housekeeping.

9. It is cramped and lacks enough space for a couple with a child (it is smaller than our friends' cheaper Legacy Suites).

10. They couldn't have notified me at the time I paid the room fee that I had an outstanding vehicle fee??Needless to say, it was a nice Comic-Con, but the sleeping arrangements and the hotel was lacking.
