1. The next morning we went to the front desk to complain and they immediately had it changed for us and the second night was much more comfortable.

4. I phoned the front desk and complained because if this had been the day I was leaving I could have missed my flight - as a consolation they provided me with a FREE breakfast.

6. There were signs for a wedding on our first night and I'd read reviews complaining about noise from receptions so requested a room away from the event.

7. All in all, the only thing I can think of that would make this any better was some sort of rapid checkout, though with a friendly front desk who can complain? I'll be back.
