5. the staff had no consideration to guests making loud banging noises, loud conversations right up until 11pm and then again at 6am - this was probably the biggest let down of the hotel also make sure you have your do not disturb sign if you are not early risers as the cleaners knock on your door about 830am to clean.

6. The next day our room did not get cleaned as they didn't come around until late in the afternoon and our little one was taking her afternoon nap and could not be disturbed.
