The lack of staff on the desk caused a real problem on the last day, when the driver of the courtesy shuttle to the airport failed to turn up to work (with the Reception staff seemingly unaware of this) and the staff were trying to deal with a long queue of people checking in and out and not getting to grips with our potential late departure for the airport.

6. The only thing lacking was I could have used a microwave oven ( was saving $ on some of my meals) and the walls so thin (not soundproofed) you could practically hear your neighbor's conversations and upon leaving the rooms the doors slam shaking you out of your bed.

7. The only thing the bathroom lacked (in my opinion) was a fan.

8. For all we went through (not getting enough sleep, packing and un-packing again, untidy room) I don`t think it was near enough, but what bothered me the most was the lack of apology and the staff attitude: they dealt with our problems like it was no big deal.
