1. I appreciate that she must go through that a couple hundred times a week, but I wish she would slow down a little and understand the weary traveler who is finding it difficult to assimilate the information at the pace of her delivery.

3. We had a great room by the pool, but it got a little too loud at night (it closes at 11pm) and having a 2 yr old it made it difficult for her to go to bed/nap at her scheduled times.

4. Cashing traveller's cheques there is difficult if the concierge does not have cash available--some have cash and others will direct you to the staff supervisor and you will have to wait in a check out line up.
