1. The hotel offers a shuttle to Sea World but we could never find where the shuttle picked up in the Sea World parking lot due to lack of signage.

7. The hotel stuck me and my mother in a room on the first floor, looking out onto a park, and even with a nice little patio it didn't make up for the kids constantly running by and the lack of privacy.

8. we had reservations and due to arrive at supper - traffic was bad, so we were delayed - called the dana to ask about supper and was told dining room would close at 8:45 but we could eat at bar - was transfered to bar and told yes we could get food until 10 in the bar - arrived at 8:53 - told no food available - when i told the desk clerk of my call, he denied that i had even called - insisted i had called a different hotel - had to show my cell phone to prove that i had called - both desk clerk and manager on duty that night could hve cared less - we explained that we were only 8 minutes late, (because of them telling us we could eat there, we had given up our rental car and had no transportation) wasn't there something they could do - no, there was nothing that could be donefor us - terrible attitude - no porter available to help with luggage - finally got the security man to help us - just the worst attitudes and service possible - told to use take-out service in area for food, which we had to do - worst food we ever ate, and we were hungry too - refused to use any the dining facilities for our stay - why bother giving the dana any more business - because of the lack of consideration shown to us by these 2 young men, i would not stay here again hotel is about 10 minutes from city - better to stay there - also airport shuttle is available at their convenience for $* per couple - a taxi is $* and much quicker.
