2. The area is right next to the Capitol and Union Station--the downside is the number of homeless on the streets, but the up side is that with a quick walk to the Union Station Metro, we could go anywhere we liked.

4. The ONLY downside really was at the restaurant on site Bistro Bis, my boyfriend went in to have a beer at the bar and had to wait over 15 minutes for a refill ( he is Irish, what can I say, he takes his beer seriously).
