4. BWPCW Front Desk, valet, and breakfast/refreshment staff were all accommodating which their service overlooked our room's condition; stained/unvacuumed carpet, fray bath towels, noisy air conditioner, but great beds and the breakfast fare/juice/tea/water were very satisfactory.

6. There is free wi-fi in the rooms which was very reliable and made a nice change as other accommodation we stayed in during our trek around the islands offered only cable internet.
