3. On a positive note, the location is decent (less than a mile from Waikiki Beach), the water, lemonade and coffee are free and refreshing, it's relatively clean, our room had a balcony, overnight parking was only $24, and the customer service was polite.

' So not only did I cop attitude about sheets when I politely asked about them I was accused of dirtying them (fake tan like stains & make up and on some places bits like toilet blue)Just a little politeness would have been nicer and I would have rathered a positive 'this is how I can help you attitude' At the end of the day the room is super clean its just obviously the laundry that has let the hotel down But that Manager.

10. I believe that this is because the second bed was positioned right up against the A/C which was near the floor and probably would have been better had it been mounted up higher.
