3. This is not a luxury hotel, but if you want somewhere to stay in Waikiki that is reasonably priced, has excellent and friendly service and clean, well-maintained rooms, this is the one.

8. The hotel has been completely renovated and upon check-in and for some lucky reason, we got a free upgrade to the Executive Suite.

9. Well the reason for this is because it gets rather windy and seeing that there was constant breeze coming through and not a long period of sunshine hitting the pool due to the condo and other taller hotels, this is what made the water cold.

10. We didn't have a real problem with noise it was on a main street and we did hear some of the noisier vehicles but you are close to the main streets of Waikiki and this was the main reason for picking this hotel, reasonably priced and close to the centre of Waikiki within walking district to the beach.
