1. This is not your hilton hotel and it is getting to be a bit run down, but the grounds are perfectly taken care of and they do the best they can with what they have.

4. Yes, the amenities were very basic and the room wasn't big but if you're not planning on spending your days in the hotel, and why would you if you're a tourist, then it's perfectly acceptable.
