1. Overall a good deal at a reasonable price if you need a place to crash for the evening, relax and watch TV or whatever.

9. And worst of all: I booked on line, prepaid my stay and when I found out I'd have to leave one day early (business reasons, not a whim, and talked to the hotel about it on check in), was told I would not get a refund for the unused night.
