1. Staff was completely overwhelmed and made me sign a 'party waiver'-- whatever that is? I am a professional in town for hearings, I don't need to be treated like a 17 year old kid out a Saturday night.

2. I didn't like that the air conditioner was next to the desk so when I was using my laptop the air was blowing directly on me so I had to turn off the air.

My partner booked a room at the last minute for the two of us and my 6 year old daughter, we unpacked and placed her hello kitty bag under the media unit, it contained the usual crap that a 6 year old likes to bring, a couple of fairies, coloring book etc, it also contained her wallet that had the princeley sum of around $8 and change which she had earned by doing good deeds.
