1. The rooms are nice, basic, beds and sheets are very comfortable.

2. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and there are a lot of nice touches throughout: lots of real hangers, comfortable desk & chair, a safe, berber carpet, a separate room for the toilet, and a thermostat that allows the user to chill the room to the lower 60's with the AC.
