Stayed here only one night until the rest of our party arrived the next day , so can't comment on too much :1) hotel is nice, clean, nothing fancy2) beach is very nice3) staff seemed pleasant enough (didn't interact too much with our short stay)4) pool (s) are a joke - small and very worn (cracks all along perimeters of both main and baby pools)5) room was nice, clean, nothing fancyThe location is nice because Wailea is very nice.

They immediately checked us in, and she proceeded to give us our room when I told her that we were a honeymoon couple and if there were any upgrades possible (note that pleasant Holidays has a thing they print out on our check in slip that says please give guests one free upgrade as they are honeymoon couple).
