The staff were rude and unhelpful apart from one and the securty guys were cool though , Me my friend and a guy staying at the hotel heard the receptionist rip off a chinese couple of $50 , I met a few good people at this hotel the area is ok at daytime but i wouldnt walk about at night it was only a few blocks off malcolm x ave and stuff and not far off harlem STAY AWAY and pay more you will benefit from paying more.
