4. We arrived back and decided to have lunch in the bar--fine except the fire alarm went off-- all staff evacuated the building but we and six other customers were told to saty in the bar--we evacuated ouselves and found the Denver Fire Depatment outside.

5. The hotel staff was exceptional, from the front desk to the bar hostess to the superb concierge desk (when was the last time you stayed a a suburban hotel with a concierge wearing the crossed keys like Dan - or with any concierge at all?).

10. I love how quiet this hotel is and how incredibly helpful and respectful the entire staff is with the exception of the accounting and rate management staff.
