1. My only dislike was that anything else you need is a la carte, like an extra bed, pet fees and so on.

2. The shuttle driver, Rick, made me feel like a VIP and the shuttle vehicle looked more like a limo than what I was expecting (a regular hotel shuttle 'bus' which is typically what you get when it's free).

7. I hate the waste the hotel industry creates and do not advocate filling the landfill, but this place needs a serious update, it just is dowdy and I did feel like grandma would pop in at any moment.

10. not in the sense that it's falling apart, but more like I kept expecting my grandmother to pop out and ask me to join her on the lido deck for a game of shuffleboard.
