5. On check out we asked for our bill --we had to point out that they had not charged for breakfast or laundry after a wait they said to forget the laundry charge-- very generous considering the total disaorganisation evident in all aspects of the hotel.

6. general location was good because it was close to downtown and nice shopping area but specific location was not, my room overlooked a run down apartment.
