4. The hotel was kept very, very clean with the exception of room service dishes down the hall that were not picked up in a timely fashion (two days in a row) and bothered me enough to comment to the front desk about (they were picked up soon after).

7. The hotel was fine except for the fact that the fire alarm kept going off in the very early morning (3:40am) and all the hotel would do was say "sorry for the trouble.

8. I personally don`t use them, except to store water & soda purchased elsewhere but a friend needs one to store medication and you have to pay extra each night for a room with a minibar.

10. The rooms are filled with small luxurious details exceptional even for the 4 star rating: down comforters, dual floor length mirrors, vanity-lit bathrooms, reading corners, just to name a few.
