1. The free business center is a plus to check emails or print an airline boarding pass.

I booked the room on one of those last minute web sites and it included a buffet breakfast as part of the deal, despite this, the hotel had no reference of this being the case, when I pointed out that I had made the booking online and it did include the deal the guy at the service desk kindly gave me a free breakfast pass for me and my wife without an issue or argument.

7. We were w/in walking distance of the Staples Center and the rooms were nice; however, we had just left a hotel in West Hollywood of similar price/ranking and they provided free WiFi, free breakfast and the room had a refrigerator.
