1. The location is wonderful for Universal CityWalk and if you want to kill the walk, its best to walk over to the lifts across the courtyard and go over to the Hilton as that also takes you through a Koi Pond and a beautiful landscaped and lit up area outside their Sierra Ballroom, walk past that and its then just a hop across the street to CityWalk.

2. I was actually active this time in wondering how good the room would be on my second trip and to give credit where it is due, the room was SPOTLESS, I ran my hand on lamps, top of frames, furniture, it really is clean.

3. We were given a lovely room on the second floor which at first I was apprehensive about, usually higher the better for me, but my friend LOVED, I mean LOVED the room, centrally overlooked the pool, a wonderful little balcony and easy access to the lobby, pool and dining area.

5. wonderful service (Thanks Roman and Julieanne) It is walking distance to city walk and universal, the sub station is right at the bottom of the hill.
