5. The staff was a bit overwhelmed, being under construction, there arises more complications and problems for the staff, and I think they need more counter help to deal with it.

8. So much so that after returning back from the hotel we had a very tough time in co ordinating with price line (through which we had booked our stay) to get our refund back and the hotel front desk people again helped us on request to reach out to priceline advising our refund.
