4. They did, however, mention that there was a safe in the room, which any items left in the safe the hotel would be responsible for but for an additional fee.

6. Broken lamp, left it on the floor, returned to find it there, the desk clerk said it was my 'responsibility' to report it directly to the desk, the maids do not deal with broken items.
