1. I was not happy with the bed linens as I found a hair that was not mine on the bed and though I placed the change the bed linens card on the bed the sheets were not changed as requested.

3. Now initially I wasn`t that happy with the cleaning of our room - no that it was dirty though - but I found away around it - TIPPING.

4. ) Myself and my party were pleasantly surprised - we were welcomed by a smiling receptionist who sorted out our room with no hassle and phoned to check we were happy with it about 10mins after we arrived.
