1. I hypothesized how easy it would be to just say you locked yourself out of your room, get new key cards, and basically rob any room completely blind.

Called the front desk and spoke with Julia who sent up the maintenance man ( Alberto) who checked out the carpet and then the bathroom where there was no calking around the tub ( allowing water to flow down under the wall and soak the carpet) he appologised profusely and helped us move to a new room.
