1. if you are disabled and find going upstairs (even though there are lifts provided then please let them know as it is much easier on the ground floor.

4. The room had good air-con, hairdryer, iron/board, coffee and fresh toiletries every day, also free wi-fi so i was pleased i took my laptop.

7. please be careful crossing the raod outside very busy, lots of places to eat did not think it was that cheap to eat in orlando about the same as uk.

8. please dont believe the bad reviews go and see yourselfs ,we arrived at about 9:30 at night and were met by a very helpful staff who explain everything to us and showed us to our room which was big , we had 2 queen beds lots of draw space and very clean we had maid service every day and clean towels every day if you wanted your sheets changing you need to put the sign on your bed.

10. i accidentally left a personal belonging there and rang them to ask for it to be forwarded on and i would pay and was told no so please don't leave anything their customer service has alot left to be desired.
