1. I stayed in the annex of the hotel which was across the street from the main building that looked more like a motel.

5. Additionally, since the inn is on a hill, the 'first' floor is elevated on the back side of the building, so it feels more like being on the second floor.

7. It's a pleasant place, in a leafy neighborhood, just off Burnside, walking distance to everywhere west of the river, especially convenient to Northwest Portland and various fabulous restaurants, like Mingo and Wildwood.
