1. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the dining room and all 6 of us had a quiet and restful sleep in the those amazingly comfortable beds.

2. Pluses were the personal customer service, the delicious food, and the constant adjustment (as a successful football coach does at halftime), the shuttle service to the airport, and the always knowledgeable and resourceful desk staff.
