1. I was the one to work directly with the event coordinator at the hotel and I was very impressed by their professionalism and reliability.

2. The one thing that really impressed us was the friendly and courteous staff at the hotel--everyone we dealt with, ranging from the front desk, to the cashier at the convenience store, to the waitress at the restaurant--all went out of their way to make us feel like welcomed guests.
