1. The one thing that really impressed us was the friendly and courteous staff at the hotel--everyone we dealt with, ranging from the front desk, to the cashier at the convenience store, to the waitress at the restaurant--all went out of their way to make us feel like welcomed guests.

5. The way we have been welcomed and taken care of by him has been extraordinary--- he remembers us each time, makes sure we are taken care of completely, and every time with the best smile and attitude I have ever encountered at any hotel in the world-- and we travel quite a bit.
