Although the facilities of this hotel were generally excellent, it was let down by a few puzzling experiences, including the dreadful pillows when the beds were great, that the advertised happy hour meals (half price appetizers between certain hours) had recently been discontinued but still advertised in our room, so that was quite disappointing and the internet access; Wifi available only in the lobby of the hotel, it did not reach our room on the 3rd floor.
