1. I would also like to say a good word about the maintenance personnel - this is not a new place, and there were a few things broken in my room, and I made several requests that were quickly and efficiently dealt with.

Honestly I don't understand why a brand like Hyatt House which is just about to build up their new brand promoting 'spacious suites' and 'kitchenettes' still uses the opaque websites to sell their 'normal' rooms - people expect to get Hyatt House if they won Hyatt House - not Hyatt 'small' house.

3. I am sure Hyatt is aware of these shortcomings, as the website offering for this hotel is anemic (very few pics, etc)For the price offered, I would stay here again, but the caveat being that this is NOT like a typical Hyatt Summerfield Suites.
